Terms of Use

Although I live in California, I grew up in Texas, so I don't want to get all legal on you. Following are the basics, but my attorneys are working on the legal stuff and I'll have it posted as soon as it's available.

All photos are owned by Russel Ray Photos and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You are licensed to use photos you buy as you see fit. I'm not going to check up on you, but I hope you will do the following:

Do not claim photos as your own.

Whenever possible, provide credit to Russel Ray Photos, La Mesa, California.

Do not sell photos or redistribute them without written permission from me.

Please be nice when using photos. In other words, don't use them for pornography, to defame or harass other people, in illegal activities, etc.
